Did you know that the Simpson PTA funds tons of great activities for our students?
PTA financial support is responsible for many of the fun events your children look forward to all year: Starburst Field Day, the Talent Show, the School Fall Festival, the Father Daughter Dance, all of the enriching Arts In Education programming and more.
There’s a simple way you can help raise money to fund these programs for your child and all you have to do is shop!
Publix Partners: Check your Friday folder this week for a Publix Partners Card. Use it every time you shop at any Atlanta Publix location and a portion of your grocery bill will be donated to Simpson Elementary. Additional cards for grandparents or friends will be available in Simpson Square beside the check in/check out computer terminal.
Box Tops: Most years, our PTA earns over $2,000 in revenue from the Box Tops Program. Box Tops are everywhere!! So keep clipping and saving them for the monthly drawings at the end of each month.
**Please note you need to re-register your Advantage Card each school year so don’t forget to do that this year!
Amazon Smile: Amazon will donate 0.5% of the price of your eligible AmazonSmile purchases to the Simpson Elementary PTA. AmazonSmile is the same Amazon you know. Same products, same prices, same service. To shop using Amazon Smile, click the link at the top of this page or enter “Simpson ES PTA” directly at Amazon Smile.
Help our school and our PTA while you shop at our local stores. It’s so easy and it will help us positively impact your child’s experience at Simpson Elementary. Thanks!!

A huge thank you to Erica Marshall, Nicole Valentine, judges, volunteers, Girl Scouts and siblings, teachers and staff, Mathnasium, Gwinnett Public Library and our Robotics Team. Everyone helped make this year’s Science Fair a success for our Simpson Superstars. Click here for the Results.
Congratulations to Anne Bradley Maxwell for her Second Place Experiment finish at the Science Fair. (She was left off the list due to a clerical error.)

Come Watch the 5th Annual
"Simpson's Got Talent" Show
Our Simpson 4th & 5th graders have put together a fabulous show for you to enjoy on Friday, Feb 23!!!
Show Information: Show starts at 7pm
(doors open 6:30pm)
Ticket Prices: Adults $5.00, Children $3.00
All ticket proceeds benefit the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
The school will send an email notification when tickets are available for purchase: Feb 14th for 4th & 5th graders,
and Feb 16th for other grades. Seating in the cafeteria is limited; we ask you limit your ticket purchase, when possible, to two tickets per Simpson student (one adult/one child), to give as many students the opportunity to see the show as possible. Every child needs a chaperone; however, a group of students can come with one adult.
The show always sells out, so be sure to purchase tickets quickly once they are available!
