Your Simpson PTA Membership Can Save You Money
A PTA membership provides many benefits to a card-carrying PTA member.  National PTA and Georgia PTA offer a variety of PTA Member Benefits from businesses and organizations.  Some are ongoing, while others are seasonal or event related.  All members should carry their membership cards and be familiar with the current PTA Member Benefits.
Letter from the Co-Presidents
Dear Simpson Parents,
Welcome back to all returning families and a big WELCOME to all new families. We hope you enjoyed fun filled summer days, and it is with great enthusiasm that we invite you to get ready for another exciting and successful school year.

With your support, we can continue to make Simpson academically challenging and nurturing for our children. Simpson Elementary School is a community supported by vibrant parent involvement. Your contribution, whether it is your time, knowledge, or resources makes a difference. We personally invite you to become an involved member of the Simpson community. Thank you for helping in any way you can, and showing your children the importance you place on their education!

Simpson PTA depends on our amazing volunteers.  We have a huge variety of volunteer opportunities and many do not require being at Simpson during school hours. Click here to sign up.

Become a Superstar Supporter by participating in our Annual Family Donation Drive going on now through September 15. Click here for more information.

Over the years, the Simpson PTA has provided learning opportunities and social activities that may have otherwise been unavailable to our students. Here are some of the programs and events made possible by the Simpson PTA:

* All Pro Dads
* Arts in Education
* Community Goods Drives
* Earth Week
* Fall Festival
* Father/Daughter & Mother/Son Events
* Recycling Programs
* Reflections Art Competition
* School Beautification
* School Directory
* Science Fair
* Staff Appreciation Week
* Starburst Field Day
* Talent Show
* Walk to School Day
* Yearbook

Research shows that students whose parents are involved in their education have better grades and fewer discipline problems. We promise that the time, knowledge and resources you give to the Simpson PTA will be worth your while and help accomplish things that truly make a difference.

We would like to thank you in advance for your support. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Have a wonderful school year and we look forward to seeing you at our first PTA Meeting at Curriculum Night!
